Kelly was excellent from the time we first met all the way through closing. He was in regular contact keeping me aware of looming deadlines. He was great with helpful advice on mundane (but crucial) issues like utilities, mail delivery, trash pickup, etc. While we didn't have much negotiating, I was very happy to have him in my corner the whole way.
